Protection of personal information
The Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec reminds public companies that certain provisions of the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, also known as Bill 25, came into force on September 22. This reform modernizes the rules protecting personal information in Québec, so that they are better adapted to the new challenges posed by today’s digital and technological environment.

Throughout the year, training on the main issues covered by Law 25 will be deployed to all CGTSIM staff.
