Cancellation of sale of properties for non-payment of school taxes

A public notice was issued on November 22, 2025, stating that properties will be sold at a public auction on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., due to non-payment of school taxes. Please note that the sale is cancelled.

2025-2026 School Tax

The 2025-2026 school tax bills were mailed on July 2, 2025. The payment due dates are as follows:

• 1^st installment: August 4, 2025
• 2^nd installment (if applicable): October 31, 2025

Please ensure that payments are made by the due dates to avoid interest charges.

Protection of personal information

The Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec reminds public organizations that certain provisions of the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, also known as Bill 25, came into force on September 22, 2022. This reform modernizes the rules protecting personal information in Québec, so that they are better adapted to the new challenges posed by today’s digital and technological environment.

Throughout the year, training on the main issues covered by Law 25 will be deployed to all CGTSIM staff.
