The following form must be completed by a property owner wishing to make a change to their registration in the role of perception for a property located within the territory of the Centre de services scolaire des Trois-Lacs (CSSTL). It is used to update the information required for issuing the school tax bill. The completed form must be submitted to the CSSTL before April 1 in order for the change to take effect on July 1 of the same year.
